Stationary balance

A form of life balance in which one tries to create a sense or environment of calm and stability.

Achieving life balance requires:

  1. Creating a distraction-free environment where one can focus.
  2. Letting your mind relax (e.g. meditation) or focus on a singular task (e.g. journaling, bird watching, practicing mindfulness).
I call it stationary balance because the idea is to keep things stable.
