Description: A model for understanding work. There are three kinds of work you can do:

  1. Mapping. This is planning, plotting, prioritizing.
  2. Making. This is manufacturing and executing. The writing, the drawing, the implementing, etc.
  3. Meshing. This is the growing – the developing of skills, knowledge, curiosity.
The combination of each three kinds of work make you a specific type of worker. Examples:

The goal is to become the developer. You want to map out your plans, make things according to those plans, and grow yourself to develop new plans and things.
